Rosemary Garlic Butter Steak

Prep Time: 2 hours

  1. Rib Eye Steak
  2. 3 tablespoon of canola oil
  3. Salt and Pepper
  4. 4 Garlic Cloves (smashed)
  5. 3 sprigs of rosemary
  6. 3 sprigs of thyme
  7. 3 tablespoons of butter

How To Do It?


  1. Preheat oven 250F.
  2. Season both side of meat with salt and pepper.dsc_1693
  3. Place on a wire rack and bake for about an hour for medium rare. *cooking time depends on how you would like your steak.
  4. Heat up canola oil in a pan until smoke is visible.
  5. Place each side of steak for 30 seconds.
  6. Add butter, garlic, rosemary and thyme.
  7. Swirl, baste and flip on each side.
  8. Remove from pan.
  9. Rest the steak for about 10 minutes before cutting to avoid the juice from leaking out.dsc_1737
  10. Serve, garnish and enjoy. 🙂
