Easy Ranch Recipe


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Serving: 1 and 1/2 cup

Which goes best with celery and carrot sticks? I say ranch!

I’m not a picky eater but I rarely see myself munchin on veggie finger food. I usually have junkfood (cheetos) for a snack. When epiphany came to me, I just realized I have to do something to make myself want to eat veggies. Ranch is my best option to coat those veggies but I thought it would be expensive (and mostly not health-wise) if i let myself buy bottled ranch.

I have been searching the internet for a healthy ranch dressing recipe and let me show you what i found 🙂

What You’ll Need:

1. 1 cup of greek yogurt (0% preffered)

2. 1 tbsp of Dill

3. 6 tbsp of olive oil

4. 3 tbsp of parmesan

5. food processor or blender

6. 3 cloves of garlic

How To Do It?

BLEND. That’s all you need to do. Just make sure to add the olive oil gradually so the mixture will emulsify.

Transfer to a container for future use. 

Store in the fridge. (Mixture is good for 1 to 2 weeks)

Now i don’t need to feel guilty whenever i crave for something at midnight. I just open my jar of ranch, nibble on some celery and carrot sticks and enjoyyyy.😊
