No-Cook Frozen Lemon Salmon Toast

What You’ll Need:

  1. Rye bread cut into cubes
  2. Frozen Salmon
  3. Small slices of Kale or Rosemary (or any kind of herb)
  4. Small slices of lemon

White Sauce:

  1. Sourcream
  2. White Mayo
  3. Minced onion
  4. Minced onion chives
  5. salt and pepper to taste

How To Do It?

  1. Start with cutting the rye bread into small bite size.
  2. Defrost frozen salmon for 2 hours and slice it into thin pieces.
  3. Cut the lemon into tiny pieces.
  4. Place the rye bread cubes into plate.
  5. Add pea size of mayo on each rye bread cubes. (This holds the other ingredients as we add them later on.)
  6. Put the salmon slices on top. Just put enough amount covering the bread.
  7. Add the white sauce. (mixture of all ingredients stated above)
  8. put 1 piece of tiny slice of lemon and herb as garnish
  9. Eat with your hands, serve cool and enjoy πŸ™‚
