This is a review for hp spectre x360. I’m not really a fan of hp because it is well known to be a “toaster” since its fan is so noisy not to mention its temperature while using it in your lap. My first laptop was HP too (i forgot the model) and to tell you, it was really like a toaster. My second laptop was samsung but inwas not contented since i wanted a laptop with more portability. it was like 15-inch laptop (i forgot the model) i usually use it at home for gaming and school stuffs.

I decided to buy this hp spectre 360 because i was in need of a portable ultrabook which i can carry anywhere.

I was hesistant at buying because of the toaster issue with their laptops but as i read plenty of reviews from different satisfied users, i gave it a try. And yes all of my needs are met.

I bought mine at Microsoft Store for 1500$. It comes with a one year protection and warranty.

It comes with four different modes. The laptop mode(obviously i use it in blogging), the tablet mode (which i really use a lot in gaming), stand mode (i use it in watching movies) and the tent mode.

In terms of it’s design, spectre’s aluminum body has a strong resemblance to theMacBook Air. Everything is silver except for the bezels. Its camera takes a less grainy shots.

At its left side you can see a power switch, a USB 3.0 port and an SD card. On the right are 2 more 3.0 USB ports along with a universal headphone jack, a full-sized HDMI port, a Mini DisplayPort, and a volume rocker and Windows button for use in tablet mode. There’s no Ethernet port, but wireless networkers will find 2×2 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.

The touch pad measures a panoramic 5.5 by 2.5 inches, so big it’s hard to keep your palms off it. Fortunately, it has excellent palm rejection, as well as an exceptionally smooth and comfortable feel. The 1,920×1,080 display’s viewing angles are wide, its colors are vivid, and its contrast is high, with rich blacks and shiny whites. The screen is on the glossy or reflective rather than matte side, but it’s more than bright enough so I don’t mind.

I’ve been using this laptop for one month and i can say i am still impressed on its specs and performance not to mention the quality of design and its built.  I always use this whenever i blog and I did not experience any lags.

What laptop do you use in blogging? have you tried this hp spectre x360? Tell me your thoughts!
